If within 30 days from the date of purchase you find the same item available for less, under the same terms and conditions as Rosa’s, from an authorized stocking dealer within 10 miles of the Rosa’s Location, Rosa’s will refund 110% of the difference.

Performance Guarantee

The new item you purchased from Rosa’s comes with a manufactures warranty. The manufacturers warranty is their promise to adjust, correct or repair most functional parts. If at any time during the manufacturers full warranty period your new product does not perform to your expectations just call our Customer Care Center at 656-5383 ext. 333 and Rosas will arrange for a factory authorized service professional to inspect and correct any performance problems in accordance with the manufacturers warranty.

Decorating Guarantee

At Rosa’s we guarantee you can’t create a decorating disaster. We make it impossible to pick the wrong color, style or fabric. If at the time of delivery you decide the style of your new item does not match the way you thought it would just call our Customer Care Center at 656-5383 ext. 333 and we will have the authorized Rosa’s Delivery team remove the item from your home,(return the item to our warehouse) and invite you to visit any Rosa’s store to do a one time re-selection of something different.

Merchandise that is picked up at our warehouse/store locations must be inspected for damage and deemed to be aesthetically pleasing prior to the loading or transportation of merchandise. Rosa’s can not be held liable for damage to merchandise once it has left our warehouse/store or for damage that may occur during the customer transportation process.

Special Order Policy:

At Rosa’s we are happy to specially order a product exactly the way you want it. Please understand that this item is being special ordered just for you. Once Rosa’s places the order with the manufacturer the specially ordered product(s) can not be altered, therefore special ordered items can not be cancelled or exchanged.
