Registration in the Rosa's Community Reward program will be valid for a 6-month interval and will require a simple e-mail renewal process to continue in the program. Duplicate submissions will be removed. Rosa's reserves the right to remove any charity that attempts to manipulate or abuse the program in any fashion. Any reward claims submitted under fraudulent terms will be removed from the program. Should any such violation occur, Rosa's will notify the charity in writing prior to removing them from the program. Rosa's reserves the right to cancel the program with advance notification; all valid, accrued rewards would be promptly issued should this occur.
